Meet Our Team

Owner
Beth & Ken
Beth is the owner and fearless leader of Wild Flour Deli and bakery! Her and her boyfriend Ken use Beth’s recipes to make all of your sandwiches, salads, sides, soups and custom drinks! In a short amount of time, and not much money to put in, these guys hit the ground running a little over a year ago and there’s been no looking back since. Beth is a trained chef from Paul Smiths College and you can tell by her food she knows what she is doing She's a pro at making flavors pop. You will try things you never thought to put together and it's the best tasting thing in the world. Ken is our handy man. He fixes just about everything. You can catch him working on something when he is there... if he's not he's talking. He's a chatty Cathy and nobody talks up Wild Flour like he does. He is Beth's biggest fan!!

Lead Baker/Decorator
Mollie
Mollie is our lead baker/decorator, and usually the reason it takes a few days for us to get back to you over email! She’s usually rocking a flannel, high tops and an apron that’s covered in frosting and flour. This animal is usually highly caffeinated, and ready to meet any challenge. She loves everything about the art of baking, creating new things through custom orders and perfecting the recipes they create in the back so quality is met above all else.

Production Baker
Jenn
Jenn is our bubbly production baker and an absolute machine. She is detail oriented, highly motivated and a huge reason we are able to pack that case on busy weeks for you guys. She is also the absolute queen of cheesecakes! On top of all that she has the task of making sure Mollie isn’t listening to music too loud and takes cakes away from her when she won’t stop smoothing them.

Deli Hostess
Tammy
If you have come in and bought anything from Wild Flour, you’ve seen Tammy and heard her and Beth giggling from the moment you walk in. She not only answers phones, organizes the crazy, and puts together orders… but is the best quality control we have. She puts the smiles on our faces and pulls the bakers from the back to be social. We wouldn’t be Wild Flour without her.
